Frequently Asked Questions
01Which job boards can I paste directly by URL?
Our resolver directly fetches and parses postings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable via their public APIs. For job aggregators like LinkedIn or Indeed, copy and paste the job description text into the text tab.
02How is the match score calculated?
The match score runs on deterministic keyword and skill extraction algorithms modelled on how common ATS parse resumes. It compares technical skills, tooling, and domain credentials in your resume against the target role.
03Is my resume or pasted job description saved?
All inputs are processed ephemerally in-memory to compute your match score and are not stored permanently or used to train AI models.
04What should I do if my score is low?
Review the missing keywords list to see which technical qualifications and domain terms are absent from your resume. When you want autonomous full-pipeline tailoring, our Focus ($29) package drafts tailored resumes and cover letters grounded strictly in your verified career history.
