Refund Policy

ResumeSquadᴬᴵ relies on high-tier proprietary autonomous agents. To maintain sustainable infrastructure for all users, we enforce a strict refund policy centered around LLM compute consumption.

01Irreversible Compute Costs

Execution Units (credits) already consumed by the 20-Agent AI Workforce cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as these represent irreversible API compute costs incurred immediately upon request execution.

02Quality Remedy: The 80+ ATS Floor

Because consumed compute cannot be returned, we make good on a quality miss with work rather than with money. Every completed run reports an ATS score for the document we actually deliver. If that score lands below 80, we automatically grant you one free re-run — a full 20-agent execution at our cost, with no credit deducted. The grant is applied by the system itself; you do not need to request it.

Free re-runs are consumed before any purchased or trial credits, never expire, and are limited to 3 per rolling 7-day period. They are a remedy for our output quality, not a substitute for credits, and carry no cash value. A below-floor score does not entitle you to a monetary refund of a consumed credit — see section 01.

ATS scores are computed by our internal scoring model, benchmarked against public ATS parsing behavior. They are not a measurement from any specific employer's ATS. How we score ATS.

03Eligibility for Unused Credits

Unused Execution Units may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you have purchased a bulk execution pack and decide you no longer wish to deploy the AI workforce, you may request a refund for the prorated amount of remaining, strictly unused credits within the 14-day window.

04Payment Gateway & Processing Returns

All eligible refunds are processed completely back to the original payment method via our registered Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). Depending on your banking institution, completed refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or in other currencies.

To initiate a refund request for unused credits, please contact our automated support at support@resumesquadai.com from the email address registered to your active session. Include your original invoice number matching your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
